Brown Sugar, Bondi’s iconic 48-seater bistro of 30 years, is seeking an experienced Head Waiter with 10+ years of expertise and exceptional food and beverage knowledge. About the Head Waiter Role:

As our Head Waiter, you will lead and coordinate the waitstaff, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction in every shift. You’ll be the key person maintaining our high standards and creating memorable moments for our guests.

We’re looking for a Head Waiter who:

- Has 10 years + of solid experience in fine dining or casual fine dining service.

- Delivers exceptional customer service with excellent energy and professionalism.

- Can lead and motivate a small team on the floor, fostering a positive work environment.

- Is confident in menu and beverage knowledge and can expertly guide guests.

- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

Position Details:

- $40+ per hour (depending on experience)

Friday and Saturday 5:30pm to 10pm (more hours available for the right candidate) and Sunday 2pm to 8pm
