As the Head Waiter at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will oversee the front-of-house operations, manage the waitstaff team, and ensure smooth and efficient service. Your passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and leadership skills will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Job Description Assist guests with menu selections, provide recommendations, and take accurate orders Coordinate dining room activities to ensure prompt and efficient service Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness of the dining area Train the waitstaff team to provide excellent customer service Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner Monitor and manage inventory of dining supplies, including cutlery, glassware, and linens Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless flow of service and timely delivery of dishes Qualifications Previous experience as a Head Waiter or similar role in a luxury dining establishment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for providing outstanding customer service Knowledge of dining room procedures and etiquette Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Attention to detail and organizational skills Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
