MSC Cruises is seeking experienced Head Waiters to join our team on board. If you have previous cruise ship experience, strong leadership skills, and fluency in English and German, this role is for you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter on a cruise ship (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and German (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest engagement.

• Supervise and coordinate waitstaff to ensure exceptional service.
• Provide outstanding guest service and address special requests professionally.
• Train and mentor restaurant staff to uphold high service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Work closely with the restaurant manager and kitchen staff for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
