Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing a section and providing attentive, personalized service with professionalism and warmth.
  • Anticipates guest needs and offers expert knowledge of the Italian menu, including dishes, ingredients, and pairings.
  • Communicates guest preferences or allergies to management and kitchen teams, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Proficient in POS operations, billing procedures, and knowledgeable about the outlet’s concept and offerings.
  • Consistently upsells products, ensures presentation standards are met, and supports other outlets as needed.
  • Creates memorable guest experiences and upholds MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs) from arrival to departure
