JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced head waiter / supervisor to join our team, serving customers in our relaxed but high quality restaurant and wine bar which is set within The Ghost At The Feast food hall in Chichester.
The right candidates will be familiar with offering casual but attentive and personalised service in a bustling atmosphere, and must be able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail, and able to learn quickly.
An existing knowledge of wine is a big bonus but not essential - though the willingness to discover and learn more about natural wine and good quality produce is essential.
Weekend and evening shifts are par for the course, but we also aim to be flexible with working arrangements.
Hourly or salaried options could be available.
