Salary 27500 - 31000 plus Tronc
Senior Waitress/Waiter for a Michelin Star The Cross Restaurant in Kenilworth. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager and Head Waiters. The chef de rang is the waiter in charge of a specific section in a restaurant. You will continue to drive and maintain the ongoing success of this well-established business.
Ideally you will come from a Michelin/Rosette background. Wine knowledge will be a great advantage, however any required training in that area can be provided.
