Responsibilities Welcome guests to the establishment and provide them with menus or beverage lists Assist guests with seating arrangements and take their orders in a professional and courteous manner Serve food and beverages to guests according to established procedures and standards Ensure accuracy of orders and promptly address any issues or concerns raised by guests Monitor and replenish supplies in the dining area, such as condiments, placemats, and utensils Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dining tables Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations Provide excellent customer service by attending to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and friendly manner Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality setting Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift moderate weights (up to 30 lbs) Positive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
