Experience - Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress in a premium fast-paced restaurant
From the founders of the Michelin-starred Sabor, Chef Nieves Barragán Mohacho, in partnership with JKS Restaurants, is seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to be part of Legado—a brand new Spanish restaurant opening this summer in Shoreditch.

THE POSITION

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Head Waiter/Waitress, but most importantly, we’re looking for committed self-starters who are eager to learn, develop and be part of this unique restaurant. Working in a close knit team you’ll need to be able to communicate effectively, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.

The Successful Head Waiter/Waitress will have:

• Prior experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress within a fast-paced restaurant;
• Eagerness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in;
• A creative approach with impeccable attention to detail;
• Passion for about food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn;
• The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group;
