QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years in a similar leadership role or 3+ years as a Waiter in upmarket fine dining
• Proven upselling and service recovery skills
• Confident menu and working wine knowledge
• Excellent spoken English as well as one other European language
• Polished grooming and professional presence

• Lead sections and service briefings; uphold service standards and pacing.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues on the spot, and own VIP touchpoints.
• Coach servers on menu knowledge, wine pairing, and suggestive selling.
• Coordinate with bar, sommelier, and kitchen for seamless course delivery.
• Monitor mise-en-place, table turns, and revenue per cover.
• Maintain impeccably groomed, brand-appropriate appearance and grooming.
