Shepherd’s Care Foundation is a mission driven, faith-based, not-for-profit organization providing quality care and accommodations to more than 900 seniors in Calgary, Edmonton, and Barrhead. Our seven (7) campuses provide living options for residents with a full spectrum of care needs, including independent living, supportive living, supportive living with dementia, long-term care, and complex care.

Responsibilities:

  • updating client specific task sheets;
  • assisting with the hiring process;
  • managing incoming medical documents and distributes information to the appropriate department(s);
  • completing payroll functions associated with Care Department; and
  • providing general office clerical support
