The Global Delivery Center (GDC) is an internal service center that provides high quality and efficient international benefits business support on both a global and local level. Work performed within the Center includes global benefits database management, reporting and consolidation, benchmarking, contract renewal analysis, claims tracking and resolution, and benefit audit support.    As an Analyst within the GDC, you will contribute as part of a team involved in several activities to support our international benefits offerings.   The Role As an Analyst within the GDC, you will contribute as part of a team involved in several activities to support our international benefits offerings.   The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have excellent data entry and manipulation skills.  Also, exposure or background in the benefits brokerage / insurance administration work is required. The position would also require project management skills and some people management skills.   You will have the opportunity to: * Enhance your technical knowledge of benefits plans around the world * Enhance data, process and project management skills Key Activities   Data management and reporting activities   Data entry activities * Administrative onboarding of new clients * Perform data validation and processing work using agreed upon tools, standards and techniques * Support the production of benefits plan design and reporting publications * Process, project and transaction management * Support policy renewal activities * Collect, validate and clean benefits enrolment and eligibility data * Assist with enrolment processes and ensure beneficiary data is updated * Monthly reconciliation of commissions and perform commission estimates * Setting up client premium invoices * Support claims management  * Support benefit audit processes * Support interactions between clients, WTW and insurance vendors   Performance Objectives:    Excellence   * Apply practice specific technology and provide high quality services to internal and external Willis Towers Watson clients * Perform data entry and validation, processing work using agreed upon tools, standards and techniques, including self-checking work and following review processes * Significant attention to detail and excellent data manipulation skills * Provide input on product and process improvements   People * Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on teams both in the office and virtually across regions * Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with associates in other Willis Towers Watson offices   Clients * Work with Team Leader to ensure that each project is completed on time and meets quality standards * Respond to all requests and communications effectively and efficiently * Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes   Financial * Meet productivity goals  * Monitor project progress, developing solutions for overcoming obstacles * Maintaining accurate time records
