Planifie, coordonne et met en œuvre les activités Santé et Nutrition du projet SOUTER conformément au Cadre de Programme Intégré (IPF) et à la concept note. Il/Elle met en application les approches clés telles que PD Hearth/FARN, ANJE (IYCF), Family MUAC/Mother MUAC et Maman Lumière, GMP, GobabyGO, tout en assurant une intégration effective avec les autres secteurs du projet, notamment le WASH, les moyens de subsistance (S4T) et la résilience climatique (FMNR). 2. Renforce les capacités des relais communautaires, agents de santé, groupes de femmes (ANJE) et structures communautaires (CHW, COSAN, COGES,) sur les pratiques essentielles en santé, nutrition, hygiène et soins, en mettant l’accent sur la prévention de la malnutrition, le changement de comportements, l’appropriation communautaire et l’inclusion des groupes vulnérables. 3. Appuie la collecte, l’analyse, la saisie et l’utilisation des données Santé et Nutrition, y compris dans les systèmes de suivi de World Vision (iMPACT). Contribuer aux baselines, revues périodiques et évaluations, et utilise les résultats pour améliorer la qualité des interventions et la redevabilité envers les communautés. Coordonne étroitement avec les autres secteurs du projet afin de garantir une approche intégrée selon l’IPF, et collabore avec les services techniques de l’État, autorités locales et partenaires. Participe aux mécanismes de coordination sectorielle en santé et nutrition aux niveaux communal et départemental. 4. Prépare et soumet les rapports techniques et narratifs dans les délais requis, contribue à l’élaboration de notes conceptuelles et propositions Santé & Nutrition, et assure le suivi budgétaire des activités sous sa responsabilité. Il/Elle représente World Vision lors des réunions et cadres de concertation liés à la santé et à la nutrition dans la zone d’intervention du projet. QUALIFICATIONS : Bac+3 en nutrition, santé publique, Hygiène ou diplôme équivalent Bac+4 en nutrition, sante publique ou diplôme équivalent : Expérience de 3 ans dans un programme ou projet de nutrition Expérience avérée avec PD Hearth / CMAM / ANJE / GMP/ Family MUAC Très fort engagement à la mission, a la vision et aux valeurs fondamentales de WV Solides compétences en facilitation communautaire et capacité d’analyse et d’utilisation des données Bonnes compétences en matière de communication (écrite et orale), capacités relationnelles Très bonne capacité d’adaptation en milieu rural et compétences en facilitation communautaire. Créatif et capable d’innover et de résoudre des problèmes lies à son rôle. Etre capable de promouvoir un environnement de travail sain pour soi et ses collaborateurs ou l’équilibre entre vie familiale/récréative et travail est maintenu. Bonne maîtrise des langues locales (Haoussa, Djerma…etc) et niveau fonctionnel en anglais Compétences en Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes ou base de données similaire, email et programmes Internet. Responsibilities
