Job Description Are you passionate about creating safer workplaces and driving a culture of continuous improvement? We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Health & Safety Adviser to join our team and play a key role in supporting health and safety across all areas of our business, including shop floor, testing facilities, trackside, commercial and off-site teams. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting departments in developing and maintaining Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and SOPs. Leading accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and action planning. Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and legal standards. Promoting safety awareness through toolbox talks and collaboration with the H&S committee. Advising on COSHH, PPE, and other key safety topics. Supporting contractor control, RAMS reviews, and statutory inspections. What We’re Looking For: NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent) – essential. Auditing qualification – desirable. Experience in a manufacturing or high-performance environment. Strong knowledge of PUWER, DSEAR, LOLER, COSHH, and other key H&S areas. Excellent communication and report writing skills. Confident using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). A resilient, empathetic, and engaging approach to influencing change. Why Join Us?
