We are recruiting a Health and Safety Advisor to work within our Health & Safety Team who are integral to our Group function. You and will work across the Rix businesses. Primarily the role is to help manage and develop our approach to safety, ensuring we use a holistic approach and take everyone on the journey with us.
Based at our head office over looking the marina in Hull, you will come with a varied knowledge of health & safety, an inquisitive approach and a willingness to challenge the status quo. You will be someone that enjoys working supporting others to achieve solutions, be able to fit into the existing team and be able to work independently when required.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
• Health and safety role experience
• A proactive approach to work under your own initiative
• An exceptional eye for detail and accuracy

SKILLS DESIRED

• A willingness to engage and challenge, constructively and proactively, current practice.
• Experience with ISO standards, 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001.
