The Safety Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and compliant working environment within the organization. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for employees at all levels of Traffic Control and Road Saftey
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management to create safety policies and procedures that comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Facilitate safety meetings and workshops to promote awareness and engagement among staff.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
  • Assist in the fabrication of safety equipment or tools as necessary to enhance workplace safety.
