Working hours – Monday to Friday
Salary – £30,0000 - £35,000
Victory Leisure Homes is seeking a passionate, experienced, and proactive Site Health & Safety Advisor to join our team and help shape a best-in-class safety culture across our Hull site.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
• Proven industrial H&S experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO standards (9001/14001/45001/50001)
• Emergency preparedness, PTW and contractor management expertise

As our Site Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll:

• Act as a Health & Safety champion and subject matter expert onsite
• Support teams to complete accident investigations within 24 hours
• Lead the development and implementation of H&S procedures and improvement plans
• Drive cultural change by challenging unsafe practices and promoting ownership of safety at department level
• Partner with the Group H&S team and external bodies like the HSE and Environment Agency
• Audit Rix Group standards and support compliance with internal and external audits
• Deliver toolbox talks, performance communications, and training coordination
• Ensure fire marshal and first aider coverage is always up to standard
