HEALTH AND SAFETY ADVISOR - WILLIS AVIATION SERVICES LIMITED

This is an exciting period for Willis Aviation Services Limited. We are expanding our services and growing our teams, which includes the addition of a new Health and Safety Advisor to join our Safety Department at Teesside Airport. Reporting to the Safety and Compliance Manager, responsibilities will include the development and implementation of HSE management systems and compliance with legislative requirements. We are looking for a candidate who can develop and drive a culture of continuous improvement and develop Health and Safety procedures and systems of work.

REQUIREMENTS

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
Proven problem-solving abilities.
Effective interpersonal and organisational skills including maintaining confidentiality.
Experience of Health & Safety in an aviation engineering environment an advantage - training will be provided.
Ability to gain and hold an airside security pass (basic DBS check).
