Your Impact Support project teams with day‑to‑day Health & Safety (H&S) advice to ensure safe work planning and execution, as well as site supervision when required. Collaborate with PMs to integrate H&S requirements into project schedules, scopes, and budget planning. Collaborate with technical leaders and the WSP geotechnical, pavement, hydrogeological, and environmental teams to create project efficiencies and identify growth areas Liaise directly with clients to understand their H&S and technical needs and identify potential project opportunities and WSP growth areas Support emergency response planning and participate in investigations when incidents occur. The Skills That Set You Apart Experience in occupational health and safety within construction, environmental science / geotechnical engineering, and / or field‑based work settings. Knowledge of provincial safety legislation and industry standards. Demonstrated ability to work with PMs on project schedules, scopes, and risk mitigation strategies. Comfortable liaising with clients, as well as WSP colleagues, and identifying opportunities, and contributing to business growth.
