We are excited to announce an opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Administrator to join our Health & Safety Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering outstanding service to our clients while supporting our consultants and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Working as part of a small team the role requires the following attributes:
· Previous administration and telephone experience.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal.
· Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Previous CRM experience.
· Proven customer service skills.
· Team player and able to work on own initiative.
· Ability to prioritise and plan workload.
· Well organised and able to multi-task.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Responsible as a team member to:
· Provide full administration support for the Health & Safety team, including diary management, documentation reviews, accommodation bookings.
· Coordinate and schedule client meetings for consultants.
· Be first point of contact for incoming calls, directing the call and recording the details on the internal database.
· Process sales orders both new and renewing clients, ensuring that systems and records are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
· To work closely with the wider operational and business acquisition teams and assist in the administration and formatting requirements.
· Prepare monthly and weekly MI reports in line with the agreed SLA’s.
· Providing technical support to client queries for the internal systems.
· Assist the wider administration team in tasks when required.
· Process news and news bulletins.
