What the day will look like Support day-to-day occupational health and safety activities. Register reported hazards and incidents, and help gather basic documentation. Maintain H&S records (trainings, inspections, checklists) and assist with simple reports. Assist in gathering information for accident investigations and in tracking corrective actions defined by senior specialists. format, publish, and distribute H&S policies, procedures, and instructions. Coordinate logistics for H&S trainings and support H&S onboarding for new employees. Assist employees with basic ergonomic and workstation setup. Cooperate with HR, Facilities, Administration, and Security on day‑to‑day H&S tasks. Support H&S communication and internal safety / wellbeing campaigns. Actively learn company H&S rules and contribute to a positive safety culture. Skills and experience that will lead to success Knowledge of English (min. B2 level) and Polish language. (must) Minimum of 0 - 2 year of experience in a similar position. Higher education or postgraduate studies in the field of occupational health and safety (must) Valid certificate of a fire protection officer.(nice to have) Knowledge of Polish health and safety regulations. High interpersonal skills. Understanding of Risk Management and compliance. Very good written and oral communication presentation skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
