If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards: Define HS&S cultural changes needed. Define HS&S Roadmap & PD. Ensure planning, & implementation of standards on Health & Safety. Deploys AEU Policy Deployment and associated HS&S Roadmap. Deploys the Autoliv Sustainability, Environment and Health & Safety Policies across AEU. Implements the actions required to ensure the achievement of the ALV & AEU goals. Coordinate HS in the division Ensure the management of the Health & safety activities, to reduce injuries, SIF and PSIF. Ensure continuous improvement of HSA Reduce the number & the severity of the Health & Safety events to reach the Safety excellence. Support/Ensure the management of compliance with HS&S legal requirements within the division. Develop and maintain the AEU HS&S management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, to ensure certifications. Develop employees training at all levels on HS, Support the cluster and site to ensure compliance with applicable HS&S & Sustainability regulations, other external and internal requirements and with Autoliv Corporate and Autoliv european standards. and if you have/are: Master’s degree in HS&S and/or Sustainability/engineering or related Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position Fluent in English Willingness to travel Expert in how to communicate, influence and manage stakeholders, superiors, and subordinates in a matrix organization.
