The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, multimedia development, and e-learning technologies to create interactive and impactful content that enhances learner engagement and knowledge retention. Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Per Anum About the Role: * Health & Safety Compliance * Risk Assessments & Inspections * Incident & Investigation Management * Training & Awareness * Auditing & Monitoring * Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement * Sustainability & Wellbeing About you: * Substantial and proven experience in a health and safety role within complex, multi site environments. * NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum. * Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), and compliance frameworks. * Experience conducting risk assessments, inspections, and investigations. * Proven ability to deliver Health and Safety training, and raise awareness effectively. * Confident communicator, trainer and influencer with strong stakeholder skills. * Proficient in MS Office and incident management systems. * Ability to work independently, travel between campuses, and manage time effectively.
