HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGER - LAUNCESTON

We’re now looking for an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to join our team in Launceston. This is a key role to ensure that our people, customers, and projects are safe, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards.

• Leading all aspects of health, safety, and wellbeing across office and site-based operations.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing health & safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
• Supporting managers and site teams to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and company standards.
• Delivering training, toolbox talks, and safety inductions for employees and contractors.
• Carrying out site inspections, audits, and incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement.
• Acting as the key point of contact for regulatory bodies and client H&S representatives.
• Promoting a positive safety culture across the whole business.
