What You'll Do Reporting to our Head of Operations, you will serve as our hands-on operational expert, ensuring the highest standards of safety across our unique advertising infrastructure, installation, and maintenance operations: Lead structural inspection programs, provide strategic safety input during the design stage of new structures, and act as a key advisor to specialist partners. Own and execute our contractor assurance framework, deliver targeted DOOH safety training, conduct engaging safety inductions, and partner with leadership to foster a deeply positive, proactive safety culture across the organisation. Proactively identify and map operational risks, conduct site safety assessments manage fall-arrest and access-equipment inspections, and lead comprehensive incident investigations. Drive Health & Safety Compliance, ensuring operational alignment with our Quality Management System and WHSE Management Plan. Maintain accurate records within our asset management software, and train, support, and upskill team members to ensure business-wide compliance tracking consistency. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a down to earth operator who can engage and interact with a diverse range of stakeholders. To excel in this role, you will have: A Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent 3 years as an H&S practitioner, with a solid understanding of H&S legislation, multi-site operations, contractor management, and traffic/roadwork safety requirements. Prior experience in the outdoor advertising industry is a massive plus! A curious, enthusiastic, and proactive mindset with strong business acumen and an analytical, problem-solving approach.
