How you will make contributions that matter We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and strengthen safety performance for our Kiewa site. This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for providing expert advice, governance, and leadership to ensure a safe, compliant and high‑performing workplace. Partnering closely with operational leaders, you will drive continuous improvement in safety culture, risk management, incident learning, and regulatory compliance, while acting as a trusted advisor to the business. Provide expert technical advice on all health and safety matters Lead safety governance, compliance and regulatory reporting requirements Analyse safety data, trends and KPIs to identify risk and drive improvement Lead incident investigations, learning teams and root cause analysis Oversee audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Support risk assessments, hazard registers and commissioning of new equipment Develop and deliver health and safety training and capability uplift Act as a strong safety leader, influencing and coaching leaders at all levels Work collaboratively with injury management and wellbeing teams About you You are a confident and credible safety professional who can influence, challenge and partner with leaders to achieve meaningful safety outcomes.
