In this role, you will work with a small team of HR professionals, contributing to a wide range of HSE activities such as the HSE Management System, Occupational Health management and HSE reporting. Main responsibilities: * Keep the HSE Management System up to date in line with Eni’s HSE Guidelines and Global Procedures. * Prepare HSE reporting, including budget, actuals, and forecasts. * Support the Company’s HSE insurance policies (disability insurance, sickness insurance). * Update and execute actions in the HSE action list. * Coordinate the illness management process in accordance with the Working Conditions Act (RI&E, Wet Poortwachter). * Act as the first point of contact for the Occupational Health Service. * Participate in Eni’s Emergency Response organisation and that of the WTC building. * Provide support during auditing processes (ISO 45001:2023 certification, technical audits). * Keep the HSE maintenance list up to date and liaise with third parties when necessary. * Ensure that Work Authorisation and Feedback Management processes are carried out in line with Eni’s requirements. * Coordinate training for the Emergency Response Officers’ team. * Participate in annual health initiatives. * Prepare HSE presentations. * Deliver HSE training for new employees. * Optimise HSE communication through the HSE bulletin. * Ensure a safe working environment through regular checks of the premises. Skills and experience required: * HBO (or equivalent) level of education. * Relevant experience in the field of HSE is a plus. * Good command of English; knowledge of Italian and Dutch is an advantage. * Accurate, well-organised and detailed-oriented. * Good knowledge of MS Office. What we offer: Salary range: €49,000–€55,000. The annual base salary includes an 8% holiday allowance paid in May and a 13th month payment in December, and refers to base salary only.
