Verify the correct application of temporary grounding and earthing systems during construction to prevent accidental energization. Monitor excavation and trenching activities associated with grounding grid installation, ensuring proper shoring, utility detection, and safe work practices are followed. Conduct site-specific safety inductions for employees, contractors, and visitors, lead daily toolbox talks focusing on high-risk activities, and carry out incident and near-miss investigations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies to identify corrective and preventive actions, ensuring continuous improvement in site safety performance.
