We are currently looking for a highly motivated Health and Safety Officer to join our Health, Safety and Training team. The position is a twelve month Fixed -Term maternity leave contract, working a Monday to Friday roster. In this role you will be responsible for: Assisting in developing, implementing and monitoring Health and Safety Systems and initiatives to ensure the delivery of business objectives. Developing, coordinating and facilitating Risk Management activities. Engaging with workforce and supervision teams to promote health, safety and wellbeing activities. About you: You will have tertiary qualifications in OH&S You will have experience in Risk Management. You have a high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. You have the ability to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment. You demonstrate a positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to working proactively. You will be a team player with a high level of safety awareness, an attitude for outstanding performance, and a willingness to contribute to a winning team.
