Minimum Requirements

• Professionally registered as a Safety Officer with SACPCMP
• At least 5 years as a Safety Officer
• Ideally SAMTRAC or related tertiary qualification
• Previous experience in construction

Required Knowledge

• Electro- mechanical installations
• Safety and risk management
• Ability to investigate accidents and incidents thoroughly
• Experience with Workmen’s Compensation
• Extensive knowledge of all relevant legislation
• Strong administration skills
• MS Office experience
• Reporting
