VX Studio Consultancy is a leading consultancy firm specializing in high-rise and large-scale projects across the UAE. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Health and Safety Officer to join our team for an upcoming project in Ras Al Khaimah.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably within consultancy firms or high-rise construction projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Implement, monitor, and improve the project’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain up-to-date HSE records and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure safety compliance at all times.
