JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive safety training programmes that promote workplace safety and compliance with health regulations. This role requires a strong background in Safety, as well as excellent public speaking skills to effectively engage participants.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in Safetyy Training is essential, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Must have teaching qualification,for example : PTTLS or Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET)
  • Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable, particularly in a corporate manufacturingcturing and constructionction setting.
  • Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver accredited safety training courses tailored to the needs of various departments including IOSH mananging safely , Level 1 health and safety in a construction environment and SSSTS.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
