Health and Wellbeing Adviser | 10788 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £39,862 to £41,771 per annum (Scale J) | Fire Service HQ, Wymondham   Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service are seeking a proactive and positive health and wellbeing expert with experience engaging with staff at all levels, coordinating access to key health services (such as occupational health and fitness testing) and data-led services improvement / benefits realisation. This role will ensure that our employees have access to effective information, and up-to-date services and systems to help them stay healthy and well. It will work collaboratively with Human Resources (HR) and managers to ensure appropriate pathways and options are in place and utilised, and coordinate staff access to some new and essential health and wellbeing services.  The role will include regular visits to stations across the county, including some evening visits to on-call stations (arranged flexibly between the post holder and on-call management) to position you as 'the face of NFRS wellbeing' for all staff.
