Job Description AECOM are currently seeking a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team in our Dubai or Abu Dhabi office. The Health & Wellbeing Specialist provides administrative and logistical support to the implementation of AECOM’s Health & Wellbeing initiatives across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) Region. The role assists in coordinating activities, communications, and reporting related to wellbeing programs, with coverage including KSA and other MEA countries. This role works under the guidance of the Regional SH&E Directors and contributes to fostering a culture of care, inclusion, and resilience by supporting wellbeing-related activities and communications. Responsibilities: 1. Program Support Assist in the coordination of regional wellbeing campaigns, webinars, and events. Support the localisation of global wellbeing materials for regional use. Maintain calendars and schedules for wellbeing activities. 2. Administrative Coordination Track participation and feedback from wellbeing events and initiatives. Support the preparation of basic reports and summaries for internal use. Maintain records and documentation related to wellbeing programs. 3. Communication Assistance Help prepare and distribute well-being communication materials (e.g., posters, toolkits, intranet updates). Assist in coordinating with the network of Wellbeing Champions. 4. Collaboration Liaise with internal teams (HR, SH&E, Communications) to support aligned messaging. Coordinate with external providers under the direction of SH&E leadership. 5. Training Logistics Support scheduling and promotion of well-being-related training sessions and workshops. Maintain and update wellbeing resource libraries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Public Health, Psychology, SH&E). 2–3 years’ experience in a support or coordination role within health, wellbeing, or employee engagement. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
