Duties

• Deliver tailored health and wellbeing support to clients, focusing on their individual needs and goals
• Assist with daily activities that promote physical health, mental resilience, and nutritional well-being
• Support clients in understanding their health conditions and navigating healthcare services effectively
• Conduct public speaking sessions or group workshops to raise awareness about health issues and healthy habits
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans and monitor progress
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and relevant health information

Qualifications

• Experience or background in nursing, public health, or related healthcare fields is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through public speaking or teaching
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others’ wellbeing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Prior experience in community outreach or public health initiatives is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in healthcare or wellbeing support are advantageous
