We’re seeking a compassionate Health & Wellbeing Coordinator to help residents in our Woolooware Shores retirement village live independently and with dignity.

Your opportunity

Type: Full-Time
As our Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for residents and families, supporting older Australians to maintain their independence and wellbeing through personalised care planning, assessments, and social programs.

With compassion and dedication, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, supporting residents’ health and wellbeing needs
  • Conduct wellness assessments, develop individualised plans, and coordinate services through My Aged Care
  • Organise and promote engaging activities to encourage social connection and healthy living
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and health professionals
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with Anglicare policies and aged care standards

What you’ll bring
You are a compassionate professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You’re organised, proactive, and driven by a genuine desire to support older Australians.

You will also need:

  • Certificate IV or higher in Social Work, Social Sciences, Health Management, or a related field (Desirable)
  • Experience in aged care, retirement living, or human services
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Current driver’s licence and car (First Aid Certificate preferred)
  • A commitment to Anglicare Sydney’s values of integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence
  • Ideally, you’ll also bring experience supporting older adults through assessment, referral, and wellness initiatives.
