ABOUT US:

NEUROHAB at Dr Safeenas Wellness World is an integrated Neuro Ortho Pediatric Rehabilitation center in Dubai. We are committed to providing top-notch care and services to our patients, and we’re looking for a dedicated Health Coach to join our dynamic team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Health Coach will play a vital role in both clinical and administrative capacities, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care and support throughout their rehabilitation journey. This role involves managing patient relations, counseling, and coordination between departments, as well as handling major administrative tasks and contributing to sales efforts for walk-in inquiries.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERTISE:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Health Sciences
  • Diploma or Certification in Health Coaching, Wellness Coaching, or Clinical Nutrition or any relevant experience
  • Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management or Hospital Administration or Social Work (MSW)
  • Registration with the relevant Social Work Board (if applicable)
  • Experience in Healthcare or Rehabilitation: Prior experience in a similar setting is highly preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi and Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities: Strong analytical skills to address challenges and implement solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Floor Management: Oversee the daily operations of the rehab center, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Clinical and Administrative Duties: Provide case management services to patients and families, including the preparation of medical documents for insurance purposes.
  • Patient Advocacy: Represent and advocate for patient interests and needs within the center.
  • Data Management: Collect and analyze patient data to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist with sales and inquiries from walk-in patients.
  • Collect feedback from patients during and after services to improve the quality of care.
  • Patient Relations and Support: Build strong relationships with patients and their families, offering guidance and support throughout their treatment.
  • Patient Education: Provide information on the rehabilitation process and treatment plans to patients and families.
