Description DESCRIPTION Position Title: Director of Wellness Department: Wellness Exempt Status: Exempt Salary: Starting at $90,000 per year GENERAL SUMMARY: The Director of Wellness will provide leadership and support to the Care Department to ensure that our community of 400+ residents receive compassionate, high-quality resident care. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Conduct resident assessments and ensure that care plans are being followed. Communicate regularly with residents, families, and team members to provide quality care and peace of mind. Lead and supervise the Care Department, including Med Techs and caregivers. Oversee the medication room, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain compliance with all state and company standards. Prepare and submit reports for state agencies and leadership team. Partner with the Executive Director to support resident care needs and community standards. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires an active LVN license and preferred RCFE license. A minimum of 5 years experience in assisted living and management experience. Current RCFE Administrator License. Previous supervisory and/or management experience in Assisted Living.
