JOB DESCRIPTION

Whole Solutions Health and Wellness is looking for a Holistic Wellness Practitioners interested in working with a team of other Practitioners in our Ottawa based virtual clinic, this is a remote position. The successful candidates will be responsible for their own clients. This position is perfect for a team player who can also work well on their own with minimal supervision. Has a strong background in holistic health, and customer service and is passionate about living and encouraging others to live their best life!!

Responsibilities

• Engage in meaningful conversations with clients and deliver exceptional customer service and guidance.
• Work well in a team environment and use available resources to ensure that the clients expectations are met.
• Provide clients with relevant information, supplements and guidance (within reason) regarding their natural health needs
• Ensure clients feel that they are in a safe environment
• Comply with all company rules, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

• Registered or Licensed in your field of expertise.
• Up to date knowledge regarding holistic health trends and attaining optimal wellness.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English with clients, peers and management
• Must have knowledge of natural health, including vitamins, supplements, and nutrition
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of indirect supervision
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends.
