Responsibilities
  • Overall operational control and performance of the City Cave Centre.
  • Maintain sales and second line of income targets.
  • Merchandising of inventory.
  • Linen inventory.
  • Complete daily and weekly reports for management.
  • Administration and Diary Management.
  • Complete water chemistry test and treat effectively.
  • Respond to all customer feedback and enquiries promptly.
  • Ensure all facilities and services are in a safe and operational capacity.
  • Complete marketing for the centre.
  • Ensure that the customer service needs and expectations are exceeded daily.
  • Weekly Stocktake.
  • Ensure the facility remains clean and well presented at all times.
  • Make sure all Float Rooms are clean and dry between clients.
  • Make sure all infrared Sauna Rooms are cleaned and prepped for the next client.
  • Health Fund Receipting.
  • New staff inductions to centre.
  • Brand compliance.
  • Supplier Communication.
  • Ability to promote business on social media
