Job Description:
We are hiring a Health Care Administrator at Balfour at Louisville. The Health Care Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Skilled Nursing facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is necessary
• A degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration, or a health-related degree is preferred but not required
• Must have, as a minimum, three years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital , skilled nursing or long-term care facility
• Experience working with seniors highly desirable
