OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aide to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in various settings, including home care, assisted living facilities, and hospice care. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

SKILLS

  • Experience in home care or caregiving is preferred, especially in working with individuals with disabilities or those requiring assisted living support.
  • Knowledge of dementia care techniques and best practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to perform patient care tasks with empathy and respect for client dignity.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic cooking skills for meal preparation that caters to dietary restrictions or preferences.
