We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aide to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life of our clients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and providing companionship to those in need.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This is a casual position.
• We require someone who is available Monday to Sunday.
• Clients have strict language requirements and only those who speak Tagalog, Mandarin, Hindi, or Punjabi will be considered.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
• Maintain cleanliness in living areas, including laundry and housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to nursing staff or family members.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety during transfers.
• Offer specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
