Seamless Cares Ltd is hiring overnight Health Care Aides here in Lethbridge. The ideal candidates are those looking to utilize their healthcare skills and experience in more of a one-on-one patient care setting to be able to build relationships and be a part of a team that focuses on specialized care in an environment where you feel valued and appreciated. The desire and ability to adapt easily to changing needs of clients comes easily to you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Available to work overnight shifts
• Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion for patients and families
• Respect for patient discretion and privacy
• Experience and a passion for making a difference in someone’s life
• Ability to take initiative while respecting boundaries
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, and reliable transportation
• Clean Drivers Abstract
• Criminal Background/Vulnerable Sector Background Check required
