Personal Support Worker for sweet, sensitive 39 year challenged female with autistic tendencies and health issues. She functions at aprox. 5 year level in areas therefore needs help and guidance. Female Caregiver must have experience or training working with mentally challenged and be flexible, mature, patient and caring. Willing to learn and adhere to English verbal and written direction and communicate clearly. This is a contract position but not with stipulated time. Non smoker of everything.

• Position requires and must have: Canadian Social Insurance Number (#SIN), or Health Care worker Visa, Client vehicle provided therefore valid drivers license and driver history. Able to provide criminal and vulnerable record checks and employment references. Resumes will be deleted without these qualifications.
• Responsibilities: bathing, light meal and snack prep. Outings such as watching hockey and skiing, walks, going for picnics, swimming, bowling. Guidance with home tasks and volunteer positions. Engaging in group activities. Evening TV, reading to her and colouring with her. Bed time prep, medication administration and some home maintenance.
• OFFERING 3 Shifts per week 12 hours days. Start 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. Breaks throughout day eg. client requires 1 -1. 1/2 hour rest in the afternoon..
• $300 for 12 hour shifts.
