Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
  • Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to nursing staff.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge in patient care.
