OVERVIEW

Ace Healthcare Recruitment is currently supporting a well-established GP surgery in Exeter in their search for an experienced Health Care Assistant (HCA) for temporary cover.
We’re looking for someone with previous GP practice experience who can confidently support with:
Health checks (diabetes, hypertension, and other CVD conditions)
Administering B12 injections
Low-level dressing changes
ROS assessments
Phlebotomy
General health promotion
Height/weight measurements
Supporting contraception and minor ops clinics
The practice uses SystmOne, and the role is 5 days per week, 8:30am–5:00pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
Ideally, Mondays and Fridays will be part of the working pattern.
This is an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.
