OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking experienced and empathetic Healthcare Assistants to support individuals in care home and domiciliary settings. This is a flexible working role, ideal for those seeking adaptable hours and shift patterns to suit their personal commitments.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in care home or domiciliary care settings (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
• Confident in using IT systems for record-keeping and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with personal care tasks including hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Provide emotional support and companionship to service users
• Deliver care in accordance with individual care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation using IT systems
• Travel to various locations for home care visits, ensuring punctuality and professionalism
