About the Role Responsible for quality care to patients in a clinic or outpatient facility and assistance to physicians during examinations and treatments.Responsibilities: Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrival Assisting with various clinical tasks Able to perform blood taking, ECG & Treadmill ECG Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records & documents Providing excellent customer service to patients Performing other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic-in-charge Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Sterilize the used medical devices Stocking and tidying up physician’s room Requirements: Form 7 or above or similar education level Friendly, willing to help, self-initiative and considerate Experience in medical field is a must Experience in assisting dispensing duty is an advantage but is not a must Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin preferred Good knowledge of computer software application preferred 5.5 working days, Sundays and Public holidays are free days You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
