Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to residents in our Care Home. This position requires strong communication skills, a good command of English, ability to provide person centred care, following care plans effectively while ensuring the comfort and well-being of those in your care.
Permanent: 38.5hrs Contract
Working Hours: 08.00am - 20.00pm Day/20.00pm - 0800am - Night

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a care home setting is preferred at least 1 year experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using electronic systems like PCS.
  • A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance.
  • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts as required by the service needs.
  • Enhanced DBS will be required to be completed by the applicant
