As a valued member of our team, youll work both in the hospice and out in the community including in family homes helping to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will have a Level 2 qualification in a care related subject, or a willingness to complete, and experience of working with children and young people with complex medical needs. You will need to have excellent communication skills with the capability to interact with teams and families at all levels with the ability to work in collaboration with other professionals
